An organic matcha from Miyazaki for clear Usucha preparation

This organic matcha from Miyazaki follows a calm, reduced line: single-origin Minamisayaka for matcha that you want to drink pure and clear.

In the cup, it presents itself as fruity and soft. Fruity notes bring a brighter tension to the profile, while the soft side takes back harsh edges – suitable for Usucha when matcha should come into the cup without milk or recipe context.

The tea comes from Miyazaki in southern Japan and is made from the Minamisayaka cultivar. The leaves were shaded for 7 to 14 days, so short to medium, without making the tea feel too heavy.

Organic certified according to DE-ÖKO-039 and in a 50 g package for a clear matcha routine.
