Product Reviews
At Matchashop, requests for product reviews are sent only to customers who have actually purchased the product in question. The invitation to leave a review therefore refers to a specific product from a completed order.
Submitting a product review is voluntary. Customers receive no compensation for their reviews. This means there is no payment, no gift card, no discount, and no free product in exchange for their feedback.
Product reviews reflect each customer’s personal experience with the product they purchased. They help other customers better assess the varieties, taste, usage, and quality.
Store Reviews
Our store reviews are managed through the Shopvote review tool. Here, too, only customers who have actually made a purchase at Matchashop receive an email asking them to review our store.
Store reviews are also submitted voluntarily. Customers receive no compensation for submitting a store review. The review is therefore not paid for, rewarded, or influenced by any benefits.
Store reviews focus on the shopping experience at Matchashop—for example, ordering, customer service, shipping, communication, and the overall impression of our online store.
No paid reviews
We do not purchase reviews, nor do we commission reviews ourselves. Likewise, we do not send general requests for reviews to people who have not purchased the relevant product or made a purchase from Matchashop.
Our goal is to provide an honest picture based on real customer experiences. We are very pleased to receive positive feedback. We take critical comments just as seriously, as they help us further improve our product selection, service, and shopping experience.
Why We Show Reviews
Matcha is a very personal product. Its taste, intensity, color, preparation, and uses can be perceived differently depending on the variety. Genuine reviews provide guidance and make it easier to choose.
