Designed for Koicha, this matcha puts the powder more in the spotlight than a lighter preparation. Koicha stands for a concentrated matcha preparation with little water and is perfect if you want to drink your matcha dense, direct, and pure.

The tea comes from the first spring harvest, Ichibancha. The leaves were shaded for 20 to 30 days; grinding is done with Ishiusu, the granite stone mill. Organic is clearly certified here: DE-ÖKO-039.
