An organic matcha from Uji for Koicha and Usucha

Matcha Supreme “Heritage” brings Uji into a calm, clear bowl: an organic matcha for those who enjoy matcha pure and appreciate the concentrated side of Koicha.

Sensory-wise, it presents umami, soft mildness, and a creamy impression. For Koicha, the powder takes center stage; as Usucha, it comes lighter and more direct into the cup.

The tea comes from Uji, a region closely associated with Japanese matcha and shaded teas. The cultivar Okumidori adds a calm, green line to the profile.

For this matcha, leaves that were shaded for 20 to 30 days were processed. At Tana-kaen, the leaves grow under modern frame shading; grinding is done with Ishiusu, the granite stone mill. Certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-003.
