When brewed pure, this Sencha is clear and approachable without being loud. The soft texture gives the tea tranquility, while the floral note adds an elegant contour to the profile.
The tea comes from Mie, an important Japanese tea region, and is cultivated by the Hayashi family. For this Sencha, Asatsuyu, Sayama Kaori, and Yabukita are used.
The medium steaming level Chumushi strikes a balance between clear structure and more body. It is certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-039 and comes in a 100g package.
