This organic Sencha comes from Yame, a well-known tea region in Fukuoka, and is certified organic DE-ÖKO-003. It presents a gentle grassy, mineral, and soft finish – a green tea for days when you seek a direct, green cup.

In the cup, a clear, golden-yellow infusion emerges; the dark green needles bring a gentle scent of damp grass. The mineral note provides contour, while the soft finish keeps the Sencha approachable.

The leaves were grown without shading. Without shading, the tea approaches a sun-kissed green tea profile and presents itself clearly and prominently.
