The finely ground Matcha particles give the infusion an emerald green color, subtle creaminess, and a smooth texture. This tea is great brewed plain if you like Sencha but are looking for a softer mouthfeel.

The tea comes from Miyazaki in southern Japan and is sourced from the Morimoto family’s tea garden. The blend uses leaves from the Oku Yutaka and Oku Midori varieties; the Sencha is gently shaded and mixed with Matcha.
