Aki-Benifuuki is a Japanese organic tea for days when you seek something clear in the cup: green, straightforward, and without much ornamentation. Its bitter note gives it contour and makes it pleasantly present.

In the cup, it appears bitter, green, and direct. The drier, bitterness-adjacent direction fits if you enjoy Japanese green tea with a clear edge.

The tea comes from Kagoshima, an important tea region in southern Japan, and from the autumn harvest Akibancha. This harvest period places the tea in a calmer, more straightforward context.

The leaves were grown in full sun. Irimushi, the ultra-high-temperature processing, gives the tea a distinctly processed framework; the organic certification is according to DE-ÖKO-013.
