An organic Sencha from Tamba with a mild, soft profile

This Sencha focuses on a calm, accessible cup: mild in profile, soft in the aftertaste, and clearly recognizable as Japanese green tea. If you enjoy Sencha without harsh edges, this one finds its place right there.

In the cup, it presents itself round and direct. Fukamushi, the long steaming process, gives the tea more presence and leads it towards a denser green tea profile without overshadowing the mild line.

The tea comes from Tamba and is certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-003. The leaves were grown in full sunlight, which contributes to a sun-imbued, direct profile.

The cultivars Yabukita and Zairai bring together different green tea lines: Yabukita provides a classic green base, while Zairai offers a less standardized foundation.
