Sencha – Okumidori, organic

An organic Sencha from Miyazaki with a mild summer profile

This Sencha brings Okumidori from Miyazaki into a calm, green cup: mild in sweetness, subtly vegetal, and with a soft mouthfeel. It presents itself as approachable without being flat, giving your everyday life a prominent Japanese green tea.

In preparation, a clear, gold-green infusion is created. The mild sweetness and vegetal notes work well if you want to drink Sencha pure and enjoy a soft yet present profile.

The tea comes from the summer harvest Nibancha. This second harvesting period brings more directness to the profile and suits a more pronounced green tea character.

From Miyazaki in southern Japan, certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-039. Asamushi, the short steaming, brings a lighter structure to the tea and keeps the vegetal notes fine in the cup.
