Sencha Best Friend

Sencha Best Friend is a Japanese green tea for days when you want something clear in your cup: green, approachable, and without heavy staging. It comes from Shizuoka, one of Japan’s central tea regions, and brings a classic framework to your tea routine.

Sensory-wise, it presents mild sweetness and vegetal depth. The cup appears emerald green, the mouthfeel soft and fluid; a calm line for pure Sencha that does not feel arbitrary even in everyday life.

The leaves were grown unshaded. Without shading, the tea moves close to a sun-kissed profile and presents itself more directly without becoming loud.

Fukamushi, the long steaming, gives this Sencha more presence in the cup. For the blend, Oku Midori is used, a cultivar described in the old product description as having a mild character.
