In the cup, it presents itself soft, nutty, and with a clear umami side. The soft note takes the hard edge off the profile, nutty accents provide warmth, and umami brings depth.

Usucha stands for a lighter matcha preparation with more water than Koicha. This way, the matcha comes pure, clear, and direct into the cup.

The tea comes from Hoshino in the Yame region, a source with a strong connection to Japanese green tea. Organic is clearly certified here: DE-ÖKO-007.
