An organic certified Kabusecha from Kagoshima with a dense, green cup

Kabuse No. 2 features a calm, approachable green tea character: mild, fresh, and softly aromatic. In the cup, it displays a bright green color, accompanied by a scent of young greens and a gentle sweetness that gives the tea a pleasant depth.

For your daily preparation, it brings enough presence without feeling heavy. Gentle sweetness and nuanced umami keep the profile soft, while the fresh note allows the tea to feel direct.

The tea comes from Kagoshima, an important tea region in southern Japan, and from the summer harvest Nibancha. The leaves were shaded directly on the plant for 7 to 14 days: Jikase-kaen.

Fukamushi, the long steaming process, gives the tea more presence in the cup and a denser green tea profile. Organic certified according to DE-ÖKO-013.
