This Kabusecha brings a calm, green style to your cup: a semi-shaded Japanese green tea from Miyazaki, certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-039.

In the infusion, it shows a vibrant deep green. On the palate, texture, fruity sweetness, and gentle umami combine to create a soft, present profile.

The tea comes from Miyazaki on Kyushu, in southern Japan. As Nibancha, it comes from the summer harvest; this second harvest period brings more directness to the profile and is well-suited if you enjoy green tea with a more pronounced character.

Okumidori and Oku Yutaka form the basis of this Kabusecha. The 100g package is perfect if you prepare this style regularly.
