This Houjicha brings a calm, roasted side of Japanese tea into the cup. It comes from Miyazaki in southern Japan and combines organic certification according to DE-ÖKO-039 with a clear, everyday profile.

Sensorially, it presents notes of roasted grains, soft caramel sweetness, and wood aromas. The cup appears warm and amber-colored, without becoming heavy.

You can enjoy it plain or use it as a base for a gentle Houjicha latte. The roasted aromas give milk and plant-based drinks a pleasantly clear contour.

The tea comes from the autumn harvest (Akibancha). This places it in a more mature, straightforward context and suits its roasted profile well.
