What’s Important to Us When We First Meet

  • Verifiable quality: Organic quality is a very important standard for us. If a product is not certified organic, we pay particularly close attention to its origin, cultivation methods, test results, and documentation.
  • Analytical transparency: Laboratory reports and batch information help us reliably assess quality and offer our customers safe, responsibly selected products.
  • Flavor profile: We pay attention to color, aroma, texture, umami, intensity, and balance. Terms like “ceremonial” aren’t enough to guide us, because true quality is revealed in the cup.
  • Clear Origin: A transparent supply chain from Japan is essential to us. We want to understand where your matcha is grown, how it’s processed, and the story behind it.
